Be prepared for the preseason! All athletes need to complete paperwork for athletic clearance. This is all done on an app called AKTIVATE. Download AKTIVATE APP, print your physical clearance packet and don't forget to select sports you are interested in. Get your yearly physical, get doctors signature, get paperwork notorized and scan onto your Aktivate Account.
